2. What shipping options are available? We offer these to U.S. customers:

• Express Shipping: 3–6 business days – $20
• Free Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0 (our most popular choice!)
• Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
• Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10

Note: Times are estimates and may vary due to location, holidays, or carrier volume. Free shipping may apply based on order total or promotions.

3. How long will it take to receive my order? Most orders process and ship within 1–3 business days. After shipping:

• Express: 3–6 business days
• Standard / Free: 7–14 business days

4. Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the United States. We’re exploring international options – sign up for our newsletter for updates!

5. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window for unused, unopened items in original packaging. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos – we’ll arrange a replacement or refund (including original shipping if it’s our error). 6. Are your nail products safe and high-quality? Yes! We prioritize non-toxic, cruelty-free formulas (where applicable), 9-free or higher gel polishes, and durable materials that last without chipping or damaging nails. Always patch-test new products and follow instructions for safe use.

7. How do I care for my VarnyxStudio nail products? Gel polishes: Store in a cool, dark place; shake well before use. Press-ons: Clean with alcohol wipe before reapplying. Tools: Wipe with disinfectant after use; avoid submerging electrical items. Specific care tips are included with each product.
